Advocate Supervisor
The Advocate Supervisor is a member of the advocacy program staff, working under the supervision of the Director of Advocacy. The Advocate Supervisor will motivate, empower, guide and supervise CASA volunteers as they advocate in the best interest of abused and neglected children in Conservator-ship of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). Additionally, the Advocate Supervisor will ensure that the mission of CASA for Kids of South Central Texas is carried out.

A Bachelor’s degree in social work, law or related field is preferred; experience in volunteer and/or case management (juvenile and child welfare systems, preferred); Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to work under time constraints a must.
